“Factor” company was founded on January 3th, 1997 in Korosten city, Zhytomyr Region. We began our activity with the export and import of sugar, trade of petroleum products and supply of fuel and lubricants to sugar factories of Ukraine for the upcoming sugar beet harvest. The company’s field of activity already covers all regions of Ukraine. The main partners are companies from Russia, Belarus and the Baltic.

1997 – representative office is opened in Kyiv.

2000 – The company becomes one of the largest exporters of grain crops and cooperates with world leaders in the grain market.

Import volumes of oil products are growing significantly, and stable partnership relations with the leaders oil market have been established.

The company’s assets include two sugar factories in Vinnytsia and Zhytomyr regions.

2004 – New projects are being successfully developed. The company is one of the first in Ukraine to master the new market of alternative ecologically clean and economically profitable fuel – methane gas. Construction of the CNG network begins. A few years of fruitful work and the company occupies a leading position in this sector of the economy.

We are among the top of three importers of oil products to Ukraine. Our partners are not only large commercial companies of Ukraine, but also state enterprises.

2006 – Projects for the purchase of real estate, investment in construction and acquisition of land plots are implemented.

The volumes of diesel fuel imported into Ukraine exceed 600,000 tons.

2007 – The company is one of the largest taxpayers in Ukraine.

Its assets include five real estate objects in the central districts of Kyiv, real estate in more than 20 regional and district centers of Ukraine. The company’s assets include land areas in the surrounding areas of the capital, the strategic location of which makes them convenient for the construction of cottage villages and logistics centers.

The network of CNG stations and gas stations are growing.

The concept of the operation of a motor vehicle enterprise for servicing passenger flows in several regions is being developed. The company cooperates with the largest banks of Ukraine.

The volume of oil product imports in 2007 exceeded 1 million tons.

2008 – The company took second place in the rating of importers of petroleum products in Ukraine (Naftorynok No. 04 (579)). During the year, almost 1 million tons of various types of petroleum products were delivered to the market of Ukraine, in particular gasoline A – 76, A – 92, A – 95, Diesel fuel.

By granting a 75-day deferral of payments to Ukrzaliznytsia, the Factor company ensured about half of the diesel fuel supplies to the largest consumer. If earlier the company’s mainstay was deliveries of diesel fuel, then in 2008 there was also a significant import of gasoline: 130,000 tons against 11,000 tons a year earlier.

2009 – on February 27, the company “Factor” takes part in the Plenary meeting of the “Forum of business leaders of the Commonwealth of Nations”, which discusses the main mechanisms and prospects for the implementation of the CIS Development Strategy for the period until 2020, as well as in the Interdisciplinary Expert Field (MEF) on issues countering the global financial and economic crisis.

In continuation of the investment project for the development of Ukrainian manufacturing enterprises started two years ago, the company “Factor” will acquire 20% of the shares of one of the largest factories in the field of chemical engineering, PJSC “Korosten Plant of Chemical Engineering”. Taking into account the previously purchased package of shares, the share in the authorized capital is already 50.14%, which allows to gain control over the enterprise.

As part of the project, assistance was provided to “Khimmash” PJSC, which has been in difficult financial situation for the past few years. An agreement was reached with the management of the plant on the introduction of a new highly professional management team, which is engaged in the implementation of the developed plan for the restoration and development of the plant’s capacities, whose products are still competitive not only in Ukraine, but also in Europe.
