The procedure for providing notifications about the threat to electrical safety of clients and contacts
This Procedure defines the procedure for providing information about the threat to electrical safety of consumers and is created for prompt response and quick localization of events that pose a threat to the electrical safety of people, animals or may lead to system failures in the operation of equipment or accidents at work.
I. Actions of employees or witnesses of an accident or accident that poses a threat to electrical safety
1. Deadline for submitting information: immediately
2. To whom the information is provided: for employees – to the employee’s immediate supervisor or another authorized person at the enterprise. For consumers – LLC “Factor Energogrup” 3. Procedure: in the event of detection of events that pose a threat to the electrical safety of people, animals or may lead to system failures in the operation of equipment or accidents at work, it is necessary to immediately, first of all, keep a safe distance from the scene of the event (in case of a short circuit to the ground or a fall trees on the wires of overhead lines, the safe distance is at least 8 meters), notify others of the danger, prevent bystanders or animals from approaching the accident site, and report the event via communication means or the direct manager or other authorized person at the enterprise, for consumers – LLC “Factor Energogrup” by phone: +38 (067) 440-69-37, (044) 391-50-50 and (044) 391-50-52.II. To whom the information is provided: in the event of a fire at the facilities: notify the department of civil protection, fire safety and mobilization work, the duty dispatcher of the emergency department, UDS by means of communication. Procedure: first of all, managers on the ground must assess the situation and determine the consequences of an accident or other events that pose a threat to electrical safety, organize, if necessary, the provision of first aid, take urgent measures to prevent similar events
